WEATHER

Often referred to as the 'banana belt', Lopez enjoys a mild climate with rainfall averaging 22 inches a year. Summer temperatures settle in the 70's while winters run between 40 - 50F. Snowfall usually comes in January or February and lasts a few days before melting. Photo of Shark Reef Park.
