Charlie Washburn Sales Associate

A Native Lopezian, Charlie graduated from Lopez High School and Western Washington University. He loves the island lifestyle and has many local insights to share with you. Charlie really enjoys working with his clients in both selling and buying Lopez Island properties. He says "I endeavor to make this a fun process, as much as possible, while taking seriously my clients' needs and desires. Also, I want the people I work with to feel welcome and at home here on Lopez; after all that is our tradition". He and his wife Judy enjoy living in their handcrafted log home they built themselves, walking on island trails, and Charlie also enjoys flying as a private pilot.
