BACKGROUND
Dianne Pressenda has lived full time on Lopez Island since 1982 as a real estate professional. During that time, she has represented both sellers and buyers in the exchange of waterfront properties, as well as inland lots, homes and farms.
Dianne graduated from San Jose State with a degree in marketing. She also attended the University of Hawaii while working on an MBA.
INTERESTS
Dianne's other interests include gardening, cattle farming and community service activities. Dianne and her husband Dan, a licensed contractor, spend their spare time tending their 90 acre farm. Dianne has also been an active member of several county land use committees. She has been past secretary of the San Juan Association of Realtors, and board member of the Lopez Community Center Association.
ISLAND LIVING
Dianne is truly an "island" person, having lived on Douglas Island in Alaska, and on Oahu before moving to Lopez. She has built her own waterfront home, put together a cattle farm and interacted with many of her husband's clients in their house building projects. With this background, she can truly assist you with your real estate needs, whatever they may be.
